Representatives from Quadrant Energy had the pleasure of joining Ronald McDonald House Charities WA Board Members and staff, and Perth Children’s Hospital staff recently to celebrate the opening of the Family Resource Centre and the Aboriginal Lounge at the new Children’s Hospital in Nedlands.
Quadrant is the inaugural and principal sponsor of the facilities which are operated by Ronald McDonald House Charities WA for the Perth Children’s Hospital.
The Family Resource Centre is located near the main entrance on the ground floor of the hospital. It has been established to consolidate access to family support services, expertise and specialised information services from a range of providers in one central location.
The Centre has a kitchenette, lounge area, rest rooms and meeting rooms and is supervised by both paid staff and volunteers. The Centre allows for coordinated access to on-site non-government organisations and other hospital staff, who will provide services and information to families in need. Anyone is welcome to visit the Centre.
